Hyper-vigilance, waiting for the other shoe to drop, walking on eggshells… these were familiar patterns as we lived through the cycle of violence that characterizes abuse. Often, we have devoted so much energy to just staying alive that we have no idea what to do next…
This website is devoted to the many aspects of growth from victim to empowerment, from dissociation to wholeness, from despair to joy, as viewed through one woman’s journey.
